All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Please call when facility has been cleaned and a pest control company has serviced the facility(ies) <br /> 209-468-0330 or 209-329-3880 <br /> Patriot Pest Control performed a service"last week" (no date on service flyer). No additional service flyers are on site(only the <br /> 4 that were observed Ion 6-14-19). Spoke with a representative from Patriot Pest Control (on Manager's phone). <br /> Representative stated that the facility was serviced "last week, maybe on 6-21-19." Representative states that the facility <br /> needs to"ask the technician"for dated service reports. Photos of 4 service cards taken today.Both facilities(Ling Nam& Pop) <br /> need to concentrate on maintaining a routine cleaning procedures. Clean up spilled food and spilled sugar containing items. <br /> Maintain all open food containers closed.
