This unit to <br /> be 9" deep with all exposed surfaces to be S/S finish. <br /> 1. Furnish flanged feet. <br /> Alternates: Cleveland, Legion <br /> Item #13 40 Gallon Tilting Kettle Unit: To be a Groen Corp., model#DEE/4-40 Kettle, Electric, <br /> Tilting, 40-gallon capacity, two-thirds steam jacket design, with floor mounted control <br /> console, stainless steel exterior finish. <br /> 1. Furnish with 2"tangent draw-off centered over floor sink. <br /> 2. Furnish spring assisted cover. <br /> 3. Furnish flanged feet. <br /> Alternates: Cleveland, Legion <br /> Item #14 Spray Hose Assembly: To be a Fisher#2240 wall mounted unit complete with a#2907 <br /> wall hook unit. This unit to be mounted on "pony wall" as shown behind Item#13, up 48" <br /> from finished floor. <br /> Alternates: T&S, Chicago <br /> Item#15 Extractor and Fire Suppression System: To be a Captive Air, model#CND 6024 <br /> configuration 10'-6" x 10'-6" complete with eight(6) 100 watt lights pre-wired to one (1) <br /> point of connection. This unit to be S/S construction to the size as shown on the drawing <br /> for this Hood. Provide 22 ga. S/S 6" fluted wall lining from top of pony wall to floor base <br /> (all sides of wall). Provide a 18 ga. S/S wall cap with 2" turn downs on all sides with fully <br /> welded corners. Provide a 18 ga. S/S utility chase with removable side as shown. Chase <br /> is to extend from the base of the hood to the top of the pony wall as shown for gas line. <br /> Provide 18 ga. S/S continuous channel where hoods meet back to back. Closer channel <br /> to extend entire length and up both ends of hoods to form a 6" raceway between hoods. <br /> This Hood must be anchored according to the Seismic Guidelines as set forth by <br /> SMACNA and all local codes. <br /> Provide all hanging information to the General Contractor including the total weight of the <br /> Hood. <br /> This Hood will not have a Fire Damper in the duct collar. <br /> Fire Suppression System: To be Ansul No. R-102 complete with a S/S control panel, <br /> remote pull station unit and all shut/down linkage from "shunt trip" panels for all electrical <br /> connections. These fittings must comply with NFPA 96 and 17A standards. <br /> 1. All exposed piping, fittings, nozzles, and trim shall be stainless steel or chrome <br /> plated finish. <br /> Valentine M.
