Install a S/S plug housing and a Walker Box. 1. Top to be 14 ga. S/S with 2"turned-down front and side edges and completed with an 18" x 24" x 12" NSF sink. Provide a Fisher faucet, #3312, and a Fisher rotary waste valve, #22209. Provide 18 ga. S/S handle bracket as shown. 2. Base section to be 16 ga. S/S formed metal construction complete with open S/S shelves and a drawer unit with three (3) 15" x 20" x 5" drawers. S/S upright anchored to the other end of the double shelf unit as shown. Furnish ten (10) double-wire pot hooks Component Hardware model#J77-4401. 6. Provide (1) Component Hardware Group, Inc. pedestal type electrical outlet model R58-1010 locate as shown on the drawings. Alternates: T&S, Chicago Item#11 Vapor Oven on Leg Base Unit: To be a Winston Model, #C-VAP-VA8507, with a s/s leg kit and s/s undershelves. Oven to have dual controls for vapor and temperature range, a 6 channel processor with three phases for programming and an LED display computerized for time and inspection phases.
