(Greyhound). The purpose of this letter is to provide SJCPHS/EHD LOP with <br /> Greyhound's responses. <br /> SJCPHS/EHD Comment <br /> "It is the recommendation of PHS/EHD that future analytical laboratory analyses be <br /> prepared by California Department of Health Services certified laboratories familiar with <br /> standards clearly described in the LUFT Manual. Such standards as a site specific case <br /> narrative, EPA number for each test run, correct detection limits, and test-specific <br /> explanation for deviations from established protocol should be included at the time of <br /> report submittal. <br /> Greyhound Response <br /> All future analytical laboratory analyses will be performed at a California <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSQ certified hazardous waste <br /> laboratory using standards clearly described in the Leaking Underground Fuel <br /> Tank (LUFT) Field Manual. Each analytical run will contain a site specific case <br /> narrative, the EPA method number for each test, detection limits specified in the <br /> LUFT Manual and a test-specific explanation for deviations from established <br /> protocols. <br /> SJCPHS/EHD Comment <br /> "If it is your intention to use a laboratory outside of California, please include in your <br /> report the exact method of transport for the samples and the quality of the samples upon <br /> receipt at the lab." <br /> A PARSONS COMPANY <br />
