Item 1 USEPA Form 2D It is recognized that the omitted forms may not have changed from your original application. However, to avoid any confusion and delays in the review process all of the NPDES forms should be submitted to our agency and EPA (ie. Ken Greenberg, Section Chief, Permits and Pretreatment section) so that your application can be processed through all the regulatory agencies. In addition, you are also required to submit fees to cover the cost of revising your existing NPDES Permit. Your application will not be considered complete until these fees are submitted. A fee schedule is enclosed for your information. Item 2 Comments and Suggested Revisions to the Existing Permit Revision 1. This revision will be incorporated into the existing permit. Revision 2 . MCTC requested that the maximum flow in their existing NPDES permit be increased from 1. 19 mgd to 1. 31 mgd. MCTC is proposing to construct the treatment facility in two stages. The first stage will have a capacity of 0. 37 mgd and the second a capacity of 0. 94 mgd. The total plant capacity after the expansion will be 1.31 mgd. When the original NPDES Permit was drafted it was assumed that the treatment plant would be constructed in a single stage with a capacity of 1. 19 mgd. Therefore, the flow limits (design capacity) for the revised permit should be set at 0. 37 mgd (first stage
