WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -4- <br /> THE MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that The Marley Cooling Tower Company, Stockton, in order to <br /> meet the provisions contained in Division 7 of the California Water Code and <br /> regulations adopted thereunder, shall comply with the following: <br /> A. Effluent Limitations: <br /> 1. Discharge of an effluent in excess of the following limits is prohibited: <br /> Uaily* Monthly* <br /> Constituent Units Maximum Average <br /> Copper ug/l 6.5 6.5 <br /> Total Chromium ug/l 50 50 <br /> Hexavalent Chromium ug/l 11 11 <br /> Arsenic ug/l 10 10 <br /> Total Dissolved mg/l 500 500 <br /> Solids <br /> *The above limits are applicable during no flow conditions in the <br /> Stockton Diverting Canal . When flow exists, as measured at Gaging <br /> Stations G-1 or G-2, Daily Maximum and Monthly Average limits can be <br /> adjusted as follows: <br /> a. Adjusted Daily Maximum Limit: <br /> (Daily Maximum Limit) x (Daily Stockton Diverting Canal Flow) <br /> (Daily Effluent Flow) <br /> b. Adjusted Monthly Average: <br /> (Average Monthly <br /> (Monthly Average Limit) x Stockton Diverting Canal Flow) <br /> [3x(Average Monthly Effluent Flow)] <br /> 2. At no time shall the effluent exceed the following limits: <br /> Daily <br /> Constituent Units Maximum <br /> Copper ug/l 65 <br /> Total Chromium ug/l 50 <br /> Arsenic ug/l 50 <br /> Total Dissolved mg/l 1000 <br /> Solids <br />
