WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -4- <br /> THE MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that The Marley Cooling Tower Company, Stockton, in order to <br /> meet the provisions contained in Division 7 of the California Water Code and <br /> regulations adopted thereunder, shall comply with the following: <br /> A. Effluent Limitations: <br /> 1.
