The 30-day average daily discharge shall not exceed 0.37 million gallons. <br /> 5. Survival of test fishes in 96-hour bioassays of undiluted effluent shall be <br /> no less than: <br /> Minimum for any one bioassay. ... ... ..... .. ...70% <br /> Median for any three or more bioassays. ..... .90% <br /> 6. By-pass or overflow of untreated or partially treated contaminated storm- <br /> water or ground water is prohibited. <br /> 7. Residues from the ion exchange treatment process, sludges, and other <br /> solids removed from the contaminated waters shall be tested and disposed <br /> of in compliance with Subchapter 15, Title 23, California Administrative <br /> Code. <br /> D. Receiving Water Limitations-Stockton Diverting Canal : <br /> 1. The discharge shall not cause visible oil , grease, scum, foam, floating or <br /> suspended material in the receiving waters or surface water drainage <br /> courses. <br /> 3. The discharge shall not cause concentrations of any materials in the <br /> receiving waters which are deleterious to human, animal , aquatic, or plant <br /> life. <br /> 4. The discharge shall not cause esthetically undesirable discoloration of <br /> the receiving waters or surface water drainage courses. <br />
