This <br /> will include reviewing and correcting sample paperwork, scheduling <br /> laboratory space, obtaining sample containers, making shipping <br /> arrangements, and following-up on the status of sample analysis at the <br /> laboratory. All field logbooks, documentation forms, and calculation <br /> worksheets, etc. , utilized during the study will be retained and will <br /> become a part of Black 6 Veatch's project file. <br /> Bench records and all records of analyses and calculations for <br /> samples, blanks, duplicates, spikes, standards, etc. , with resulting <br /> instrument outputs or concentration readouts, will be provided along with <br /> worksheets used to calculate results. <br /> A-6 <br />
