Storm Water Retention Pond. <br /> 1 . Marley has submitted plan to winterize the <br /> stormwater retention pond ( T. Kroehle' s letter <br /> to C. White of September 6, 1988 attachment <br /> 164) . After a telephone conversation on <br /> September 28, 1988 between Mr. Kroehle and Mr. <br /> White and a follow-up conversation with Frank <br /> Dellechaie, Marley will proceed as proposed. <br /> Winterization should be complete by October <br /> 28. <br /> 2. The final Engineering and Environmental <br /> Analysis Report is being prepared to include <br /> the data that was requested in either the <br /> August 24, 1988 meeting or in C. White' s letter <br /> of September 7, 1988, Enclosure One. It was <br /> originally estimated the Engineering and <br /> Environmental Analysis Report would be <br /> available by October 17, 1988. The Group 2 <br /> Arsenic Reanalysis has not been received and <br /> this will delay the report until October 31 , <br /> 1988. The Group 1 Arsenic Reanalysis was <br /> submitted to Mr. Charles White in Mr. Hickey' s <br /> letter of September 23, 1988.
