Phase IV Groundwater Monitoring. <br /> Quarterly monitoring was done the week of July <br /> 17, 1989. The Hargis data on the monitoring <br /> well has been sent under separate cover . The <br /> report is dated September 11 , 1989. <br /> The lysimeter data is attached . The report <br /> from Kleinfelder is dated August 21 , 1989. <br /> The next round of samples is scheduled for <br /> week of October 23, 1989. <br /> B. Pond Closure . <br /> The first construction meeting was held <br /> September 14, 1989 with Donn Diebert and Duane <br /> Gelster from the Department of Health Services <br /> present .
