The field <br /> technician collecting the groundwater samples reported that MW-17's "box frame was gone <br /> completely, a portion of the sheet metal skirt around the casing had been exposed, and the <br /> casing had been broken on one side. " In addition, Secorreported that during the same <br /> sampling event, monitoring well MW-15D had once again been covered by soil from a <br /> stockpile and sustained additional damage. Presently, there are piles of large metal <br /> panels, piping, and a stockpile of sand and gravel on the site and garbage is everywhere. <br /> I need to know what the City of Stockton is going to do and please do not refer me to Jay <br /> Coffey.
