I <br /> explained that a traffic box for one of the monitoring wells had been damaged during soil <br /> removal for a quarterly groundwater monitoring event and I requested that this well box be <br /> repaired and that a fence be placed around the site. I further explained that the damaged <br /> monitoring well is one of most contaminated wells at this site and it is located only a <br /> few feet from the sidewalk where many homeless people frequent; there -is also evidence . <br /> that people are residing at this site.
