Lessee shall provide written notice of its intent:to enter into an agreement with an . <br /> Operator. The notice shall state the name of the Operawt and the terms of the <br /> proposed agreement including the dates of occupancy for the Leased Premises. <br /> b. Lcssee shall provide Lessor with a statement signed by the'Operator acknowledging <br /> that the Operator understands and agrees that: the Leased Premises is owned by a <br /> public agency;the lease between Lessec and lessor is a short-teim interim use prior <br /> to a public project; and that accupancy.and use of the Leased Premises will not I <br /> entitle the Operator to relocationbenefits, compensation for-loss of goodwill, j <br /> Compensation for leasehold interests, nor other cbMpensation from the City of <br /> Stockton or any of its governing bodies. <br /> l <br /> C. Prior to occupancy and use of the Leased Prerniscs by an Operator, Lessee-shall i <br /> i <br /> obtain prior written consent from Lessor's City Manager,which consent shall not be <br /> unduly withheld. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> H.
