For any fraction of a tax year at <br /> the beginning or end of the term of this Lease, or any extension thereof, Lessee's obligation <br /> hereunder shall be prorated as of the commencement or end of said Lease term, or any extension j <br /> thereof. For any such fraction of a tax year at the beginning of said Lease term, Lessee agrees to <br /> reimburse Lessor for Lessee's portion of such taxes within sixty (60) days after presentation to j <br /> Lessee of reccipted copies of the bills coveting the same, together with an estimated segregation of <br /> i <br /> such taxes obtained from the particular taring authorities involved if such tax bills include property <br /> other than that covered by this Lease. For any such traction of a tax year, at the end of said Lease <br /> term,or any extension thereof, Lessor agrees to teimburse Lessee for Lessors portion of such taxes <br /> 3 I <br /> within sixty(60)days after presentation to Lessor of receipted copies of the bills coveting the same.
