PROJECT COORDINATION <br /> Mike Williams indicated that construction of the injection wells and <br /> monitoring tubes will begin during a ten day session and would likely <br /> be completed within four or five days of returning from four days off. <br /> According to an anticipated construction schedule provided by Mr. <br /> Branham, Mr. Willis indicated that Phase I construction should be <br /> complete by May 17, 1991. <br /> Tony Calestini indicated that site personnel could resume construction <br /> activities at 7:00 a.m. each day since MCTC's plant opens at 7:00 a.m. <br /> Mr. Willis reminded Layne personnel that the construction <br /> specifications indicate that MCTC's approval is required for work after <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> Mr. Hickey, Mr. David Bates, and Mr. Jim Austreng recommended that <br /> Sunday morning construction activities be limited to well or monitoring <br /> tube installation if possible. <br /> Mr. Willis indicated that Mr. Williams would be reporting construction <br /> progress daily and all health and safety concerns or problems should be <br /> communicated to Mr. Hickey or Mr. Willis as soon as practical. <br /> Mr. Williams indicated that sampling procedures will be discussed with <br /> the driller and crew prior to drilling at each boring location. <br /> Mr. Howard Rinne advised all attendees that construction related <br /> traffic should access the site along the railroad loading dock area. <br /> Mr. Rinne also emphasized that the speed limit for all facility traffic <br /> was 5 mph and that violators would be subject to the loss of driving <br /> privileges at the plant. <br /> Mr. Collings provided Mr. Willis a copy of Data Chem's State of <br /> California certification for performing hazardous waste laboratory <br /> testing. <br /> Ms. Ratliff provided Mr. Willis a copy of San Joaquin County's drilling <br /> permit for Phase I construction activities. <br />
