ARTICLE II . That Owner shall pay to Contractor for performance of the <br /> Work embraced in this contract, and Contractor shall accept as full <br /> compensation therefor, the sum (subject to adjustment as provided in the <br /> Contract Documents) of Dollars for all Work covered by and included in <br /> the contract award and designated in the foregoing Article I ; payment <br /> thereof to be made in current funds in the manner provided in the <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> ARTICLE III. That Contractor shall substantially complete all phases of <br /> the construction by March 27, 1992, and shall complete all Work by April <br /> 6, 1992. <br /> ARTICLE IV.
