11A-2.05. Spare Parts. The following spare parts for ETP-1 shall be <br /> furnished: <br /> • Mechanical seal for seal box. <br /> • One complete set of bearings for the pump. <br /> Spare parts shall be suitably packaged in accordance with the General <br /> Equipment Stipulations, with labels indicating the contents of each <br /> package. Spare parts shall be delivered to the Owner as directed. <br /> 11A-3. SERVICE CONDITIONS. IP-1 will pump effluent from an existing 12 <br /> inch diameter force main into the full-scale flushing system' s influent <br /> holding tank. The pumping unit will start and stop automatically due to <br /> low and high water levels in the influent holding tank. The treated <br /> water is at neutral pH and contains less than 0.05 mg/L hexavalent <br /> chromium. <br /> ETP-1 will pump ground water from the Soil Flushing System Effluent <br /> Holding Tank to the effluent transfer force main. The pumping unit will <br /> start and stop automatically due to low and high water levels in the <br /> effluent tank. The ground water is at neutral pH and contains less than <br /> 200 mg/L hexavalent chromium . <br /> 11A-4. PERFORMANCE AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS. The pumping unit shall be <br /> designed for the following operating conditions at maximum speed, unless <br /> otherwise noted: <br /> Unit designation ETP-1 <br /> Number of units I <br /> Rated total head, feet 70 <br /> Capacity at rated head, gpm 90 <br /> Normal operating head range, feet 60-80 <br /> Max (nominal ) pump operating speed at 1800 <br /> rated .head, rpm <br /> Max bhp required at input shaft of pump 5.0 <br /> for any point in the operating head range <br /> Min available net positive suction head at <br /> center line of pump shaft, feet absolute <br /> At rated head 30 <br /> Pump rotation as viewed from the driven clockwise <br /> end <br /> (MARLEY FSSF ) <br /> (CONTRACT NO. 13) 11A-2 <br /> (11654.812 ) <br />
