GroundWater Monitoring. <br /> Samples were taken for the October Quarterly <br /> the week of October 28, 1991. The lysimeter re- <br /> sults are attached and the Quarterly Report should <br /> be sent from Hargis in the near future. <br /> The next samples round is scheduled for the week <br /> of January 27 , 1992. <br /> B. Remedial Activities. <br /> 1 . Subsurface Soils. I <br /> Bid documents for the Flushing System have <br /> been released. The release calls for con- <br /> struction to start in mid-February and be <br /> complete by April 6, 1992. <br /> 2. Groundwater. <br /> The Groundwater Collection System is complete <br /> and has been through the initial inspection and <br /> minor items are being corrected. The Collect- <br /> ive 'System is complete.
