Public Services � � ` �� <br /> Description of Baseline Environmental Conditions: The proposed work on the Franklin High School site will be performed <br /> during periods when school will not be in session.Public services should not be affected by proposed activities. <br /> Analysis as to whether or not project activities would: <br /> a. Result in substantial adverse physical impacts associated with the provision of new or physically altered <br /> government facilities, need for new or physically altered governmental facilities, the construction of which could <br /> cause significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios, response times or other <br /> performance objectives for any of the following public services: <br /> • Fire protection <br /> • Police protection <br /> • Schools <br /> • Parks <br /> Other public facilities <br /> Impact Analysis: There is no anticipated impact to the above public services because work will be scheduled when <br /> school is out of session, and the athletic field has reduced usage. After field activities are completed, the Site surface <br /> will be restored to like original condition. The area of the proposed field activities will not interrupt the listed services. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 0 Potentially Significant Impact <br /> 0 Potentially Significant Unless Mitigated <br /> ® Less Than Significant Impact <br /> 0 No Impact <br /> References Used.- <br /> 3 <br /> sed.3 <br /> 14. Increase the use of existing neighborhood and regional parks or other recreational facilities such that substantial <br /> physical deterioration of the facility would occur or be accelerated. <br /> Impact Analysis: No increased usage to recreational facilities is predicted. It is estimated that the proposed field work <br /> in the immediate area of the football field would take approximately t to 2 months and would be performed during <br /> routine school break. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 0 Potentially Significant Impact <br /> 0 Potentially Significant Unless Mitigated <br /> 0 Less Than Significant Impact <br /> 0 No Impact <br /> b. Include recreational facilities or require construction or expansion of recreational facilities which might have an <br /> adverse physical effect on the environment. <br /> Impact Analysis: No construction or expansion of recreational facilities will be necessary.
