One onsite and two offsite continuous core soil borings will be advanced to 60 feet bsg. Multi-completion <br /> monitoring wells will be installed in each boring with sampling ports at 25 feet bsg,45 feet bsg and 60 feet bsg. <br /> 2. Selected soil samples will be analyzed for TPHg(EPA Method 8015m),BTEX(EPA Method 8020) and ether <br /> oxygenates,EDB and 1,2-DCA(EPA Method 8260). <br /> 3. Following development,the wells will be sampled and analyzed for TPHg(EPA Method 8015m),BTEX(EPA <br /> Method 8020),and MtBE,TAME,DIPS,TBA,ELBE, 1,2-DCA and EDB (EPA Method 8260). <br /> 4. San Joaquin County well installation permits"and City of Stockcor encroachment permits will be obtained. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The San Joaquin County Well Standards must be adhered to in c nstructing the multi-completion wells. Specifically, <br /> a 2-inch radial diameter annular seal must be in place from ground surface to the top of the most shallow bentonite <br /> transition seal. Include in the addendum written explanation of how the upper annular space of the wells n711 be <br /> completed to comply with the Well Standards. <br /> 2. Lateral assessment of the downgradient extent of the plume was not included in the submitted plan. Explain why,or <br /> include it in the addendum <br /> 3. Current site wells are built to 25 feet bsg.
