PHS/EHD has I <br />;s <br />consideration and response. <br />�l <br />Tank Testing History <br />PHSIEHD's records indicate that three 12,000 gallon <br />storage tanks were installed December 1984. The fir <br />record of occurred on October 6, 1986 and the result <br />maximum loss for a tight tank. The tanks were retest <br />results indicated that the tanks were tight; however, t <br />tanks were next tested on December 16, 1987 and al <br />�i testing.
