EQ(JIPMENT CON'T <br /> Additional emergency response equipment present at the facility or available for use by the facility and how it is intended for use in <br /> case of emergency(attach local fire authority requirements,if any): <br /> Forklifts&loader(s) <br /> Attach a map showing the location of fire lanes,tire pile configurations,fire hydrants,power supply,and emergency response <br /> equipment(ma include same map as required on Pae 5 of the Operation Plan). <br /> IV. EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> Describe the procedures that should be followed in the event of a fire,including procedures to contain and dispose of any pyrolytic oil <br /> generated by the combustion of tires and any water used to fight the fire: <br /> In the event of a fire,the following procedures are to be taken: <br /> 1) Emergency responders will be contacted immediately by calling 911 and the SFD at 209-4644646 <br /> 2) Pallets of sand bags will be available to contain any pyrolytic oil <br /> 3) Employees will be instructed to go outside via the nearest available exit and meet at the designated assembly area. The <br /> primary assembly area is located on the west side of the facility in the parking lot near the guard house. IN the event that this <br /> area is blocked or part of the hazard area,all employees will be directed to the secondary assembly area located on the north <br /> east side of the facility near Navy Drive <br /> 4) Each outside fire storage cabinet will be unlocked and available to the fire department to utilize the fire suppression foam <br /> agent stored on site. <br /> 5) The burning portion of the tire pile will be separated from the remainder of the pile by the loader on the premises. <br /> 6) Any remaining pyrolytic oil will be cleaned up by an environmental cleanup company <br />
