This report summarizes technical <br /> activities conducted by PG&E in compliance with the order during the <br /> quarter from April through June 1992, and activities planned for the <br /> current and subsequent quarters. <br /> (a) Technical Activities Performed During Previous Quarter <br /> Monthly water level monitoring was conducted each month during the <br /> quarter as specified in the Workplan. <br /> Quarterly water quality sampling was conducted during the first <br /> week of May. Analyses were conducted as specified in the Workplan <br /> with the deletion of phenols as agreed to by DTSC in your May 7 <br /> letter. <br /> The Interim Remedial Measure for the Hazelton Avenue strip was <br /> completed. During the period April 29 to June 2 a concrete cover <br /> was placed over the embankment adjacent to PG&E's property, with <br /> City of Stockton approval and oversight. <br /> s-- A draft of the Remedial Investigation (RI) Report was completed <br /> incorporating Phase 1 and 2 results for Area II, and Phase 1 <br /> results for Area I . DTSC has requested that the draft RI Report <br /> be submitted after Phase 2 work in Area I is completed. <br /> JThe Phase 2 Supplemental RI Workplan for Area I was submitted on <br /> June 18, 1992. This plan describes additional work to be <br /> conducted in response to DTSC June 5 via fax recommendations. <br /> PG&E has received verbal DTSC approval of this plan, and will <br /> start work upon written approval . <br />
