This project <br /> schedule supersedes the schedule submitted to you on May 1, 1995, and has been revised <br /> to incorporate the following: <br /> • Inclusion of four additional months of groundwater level measurements prior to <br /> submittal of the Phase IV Groundwater Investigation Work Plan (for the <br /> installation of additional Zone A, B and C monitoring wells). This is needed to <br /> collect Fall/Winter groundwater level measurements prior to locating the new <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> Inclusion of several remedial objectives and goals in the soil operable unit <br /> feasibility study. <br /> These two items are being incorporated into the schedule for the following reasons: <br /> I. Phase IV Work Plan Submittal <br /> PG&E was directed to install additional groundwater monitoring wells in Zones A, B and <br /> C during a February 28, 1995 meeting with the Department of Toxic Substances Control <br /> (DTSC) and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). <br /> During an April 24, 1995 conference call between representatives of PG&E and DTSC, it <br /> was agreed that submittal of the Phase IV Work Plan (for installation of the additional <br />
