Schedule Changes: <br /> The schedule was last revised and sent to DTSC for approval on March 10, 1997. <br /> However, in a conference call on December 8, 1997, changes to the schedule were made <br /> which shifted the public comment period and the public meeting to after the Christmas <br /> holidays. On March 27, 1998, DTSC and PG&E discussed a draft schedule regarding the <br /> next steps for the project, with the goal of constructing the remedial measure in Spring, <br /> 1999. PG&E will be submitting a schedule for this next phase of the project to DTSC. <br /> IV. Activities Planned for Next Ouarter: <br /> The final RAP and Negative Declaration for the project were approved by DTSC in a letter <br /> dated April 2, 1998. A complete final RAP (which included the approved Negative <br /> Declaration) was issued by PG&E on April 9, 1998. <br /> With the final RAP now approved and complete, PG&E will begin the Remedial Design <br /> and Implementation Plan for the project(currently scheduled to be submitted to DTSC in <br /> October, 1998). <br /> The next quarterly groundwater monitoring will be conducted in June, 1998. The results of <br /> this quarterly monitoring will be submitted to DTSC and the RWQCB by the end of July <br /> 1998. <br /> V.
