The <br />service technician replaced the fill cap on the 87 -product master and replaced the gasket on the 91 -product spill <br />containers and corrected the problems so that the spill containers were able to contain a minimum capacity of five <br />gallons and pass the one-hour hydrostatic tests. The 87 -product siphon and 87 -product slave spill containers were not <br />corrected. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or <br />overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to <br />repair or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />On site on April 11, 2016 to perform an annual monitoring system certification, spill container and line leak <br />detector inspection. An inspection report was given to Ron Patel on the day of the inspection. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by May 11, 2016. <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br />applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
