As a <br /> result of that inspection, a number of violations of hazardous <br /> waste statutes, regulations, permits, and directives were <br /> identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective action are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct the identified problems within the <br /> time frames provided will result in the Department taking <br /> enforcement action as provided by law. <br /> I .
