Schedule for Correction <br /> Violations A. 1, A. 2 , and A. 3 shall be corrected <br /> immediately by taking steps to prevent recurrence of <br /> these violations. <br /> Violation A. 3 shall be further addressed by submitting <br /> a sampling plan to this office by 3 October 1985. The <br /> plan shall be capable of determining the extent of soil <br /> contamination in the vicinity of the spent etchant <br /> storage area (see enclosed "Sampling Plan" sheet) . <br /> Violation B. 1 shall be corrected by submitting the <br /> required plans and procedures to the Department by 3 <br /> October 1985 for approval. Such plans and procedures <br /> shall be implemented within 30 days of approval by the <br /> Department. <br /> The Department will schedule a reinspection of Great Western <br /> Chemical following the expiration of the date provided above.
