t20 March 2015
AGE Project No. 00-0769
' Page 2 of 19
' • On 24 March 2014, the ozone injection system was removed from the site and
sent back to the manufacturer for repairs and servicing;
• On 04 April 2014, an alternate ozone injection system was delivered to the site
and connected to the ozone wells on 11 April 2015;
• On 15 April 2014, before the ozone injection pilot test could be re-initiated, it was
' determined that the alternate ozone injection system had a faulty boost air
compressor and could not be put on-line;
• On 24 April 2014, the alternate ozone injection system was removed from the
site and replaced with the original ozone system after it had been repaired and
serviced;
• On 02 May 2014, the ozone injection pilot test was re-initiated;
• On 03 June 2014, groundwater samples and geochemical parameters were
' collected and measured from wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B,
MW-7B, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP;
• On 01 July 2014, geochemical parameters were measured from wells MW-1,
MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-7B, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 as
required by the MRP;
' • On 04 and 05 August 2014, the third quarter 2015 semi-annual groundwater
monitoring event was performed. Additionally, geochemical parameters were
measured in wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-7B, MW-8A,
' MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP;
• On 04 September 2014, geochemical parameters were measured from wells
MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-713, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10
tas required by the MRP;
• On 02 October 2014, groundwater samples and geochemical parameters were
' collected and measured from wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-6B,
MW-7B, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP;
t • On 02 October 2014, the ozone injection pilot test was terminated; and
• Between 02 May and 02 October 2014, the ozone system operated nearly
continuously with minor shut downs. The ozone injection system operated a total
of approximately 4,393 hours or 183 days during the pilot test; and ozone
injection was distributed almost equally between OZ-1 through OZ-8 during the
pilot test.
1
2.0. PROCEDURES
' In June 2013, baseline groundwater monitoring and sampling was performed at the site
in accordance with the MRP. Tabulated results are included in this report.
