' information including analytical laboratory reports was included in the AGE-prepared,
Semi-Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report - Second Quarter 2013 dated 19 August
2013.
' In June 2013 and January 2014, groundwater monitoring and sampling was performed
at the site in accordance with the MRP; and in December 2013 geochemical parameters
' were collected from wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-613, MW-713, MW-8A,
MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP. Tabulated results are included in this
report. Additional information including analytical laboratory reports was included in the
t AGE-prepared, Semi-Annual Groundwater Monitoring and Progress Pilot Test Report -
First Quarter 2014 dated 07 March 2014.
tOn 03 June 2014, 04 and 05 August 2014, and 02 October 2014, progress monthly
monitoring and sampling events were performed utilizing wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A,
MW-5A, MW-6B, MW-713, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP.
t Groundwater samples and geochemical parameters were collected from the above-
mentioned wells.
' On 01 July 2014 and 04 September 2014, progress monthly monitoring events were
performed utilizing wells MW-1, MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-613, MW-713, MW-8A,
MW-9A, and MW-10 as required by the MRP. Geochemical parameters were collected
' from the above-mentioned wells.
On 04 and 05 August 2014, the third quarter 2014 semi-annual groundwater monitoring
' event was performed utilizing single-completed wells MW-1 and MW-10, clustered
monitoring wells MW-2A/B and MW-3A/B and multi-chambered (CMT) monitoring wells
MW-4 (A-E), MW-5 (A-E), MW-6 (B-D), MW-7 (A-B), MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10.
' During the event, all thirty-two monitoring points were gauged for groundwater
elevation. Additionally, geochemical parameters were collected from wells MW-1,
' MW-2A, MW-3A, MW-5A, MW-613, MW-7B, MW-8A, MW-9A, and MW-10 as required
by the MRP (the third quarter 2014 semi-annual groundwater monitoring event was also
a progress groundwater sampling event as required by the MRP).
' Monitoring and sampling was performed in accordance with the MRP (Appendix B) and
AGE's standard monitoring and sampling procedures which are provided in Appendix C.
' Field data and logs are provided in Appendix D. No additional exceptions to AGE's
standard procedures were noted.
' 3.0. FINDINGS
' Groundwater elevation, flow direction, and gradient were determined from field data
collected in August 2014. Hydrocarbon-impact to groundwater was quantified by
laboratory analytical data collected between June and October 2014.
