PHSIEHD <br /> has the following comments.- <br /> All <br /> omments:All Sites <br /> The ASTM Risk Based Corrective Action (RSCA) model hould not be used; the risk of current <br /> and potential future uses of the groundwater will be evaluated by PHS/EHD. Vleach or any other <br /> computer modeling is not warranted for any of the above referenced sites at this time. <br /> Analyze soil samples from the vadose and saturated zone and also grab water samples for Total <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbon as gasoline (TPH-g), aromatic hydrocarbons as Benzene, toluene, ethyl <br /> benzene, and xylenes (BTEX), and oxygenates as methyl tert butyl ethyibenzene (MTBE), tertiary <br /> butyl alcohol (TBA), di-isopropyl ether(DIPS), ethyl tertiary butyl ether(ETBE), and tertiary amyl <br /> methyl ether(TAME). <br /> Number and samples to be analyzed must include discussion and agreement of PHSIEHD staff. <br /> Soil generated during drilling or probing activity must be property secured and eventually properly <br /> disposed. <br /> Stagg High School <br /> Installation of a monitoring well near SB-1 and Tank 1 is approved. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County H rafth Care Services <br />
