The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br /> Comply: 108, 701, 804/808/809, 9999 <br /> 108. Witnessed one black metal 55-gallon drum of unknown waste with no marking. Generator shall <br /> make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately <br /> make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of <br /> the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. If the <br /> waste is determined to be a non-hazardous waste, you are required to submit evidence (i.e. third party <br /> laboratory testing results) supporting such a determination to EHD. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 02/24/2014. <br /> 701. Witnessed one black metal 55-gallon drum of hazardous waste liquid with an accumulation start <br /> date of January 6, 2011.
