Wilson, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> 804. Observed at least 3 broken Universal Waste (UW) fluorescent lamps at three locations on the floor <br /> behind the store, and the broken pieces were not containerized. Facility shall immediately clean up and <br /> containerize any broken lamps to prevent release to the environment. Immediately clean up the broken <br /> lamps and dispose the waste in accordance to Title 22, and submit a copy of the disposal record to EHD <br /> by 02/24/20'14. <br /> 808,809. Unable to determine the length of storage of approximately 9 Universal Waste fluorescent <br /> lamps which were not stored in a container behind the store. Universal Wastes, including aerosol cans, <br /> lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. shall be stored in a <br /> closed container that prevents breakage and release to the environment, and the waste containers shall <br /> be marked to identify the type of Universal Waste and demonstrate the initial date of accumulation. <br /> Universal waste shall be managed within one year of storage, and a copy of the disposal receipt for the <br /> waste be retained on site for at least 3 years. Immediately dispose of the above Universal Waste <br /> lamps and submit a copy of the disposal receipt to EHD by 02/24/2014. <br /> 9999. HSC 25404 (e)(4). Electronic submittal requirement on the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) has not been met. Facility shall submit electronic information for hazardous materials <br /> management system, including hazardous waste, on the CERS website, which can be found on http:.// <br /> cers.calepa.ca.gov/ . Immediately comply with the CERS electronic submittal requirement per this <br /> section. <br /> NOTES (The following are not violations) <br /> The facility generated less than 5 tons of hazardous waste in 2013. Generator confirmed no hazardous <br /> waste had been disposed since he took over operation of the facility in October 2012.
