Spill
containment and clean up efforts began immediately under the direction of both San
Joaquin Environmental Health and the City of Stockton. Wash water was collected from
cleaning a 3-block stretch of the city storm sewer along Wilson Way in Stockton, CA.
Two initial batches of wash water that were removed from the city sewer were tested and
managed under a non-RCRA hazardous waste manifest.
