Installation of one monitoring well, MW-4, constructed of four-inch diameter <br /> schedule 40 casing, located approximately five feet north-northeast of soil boring SB- <br /> 3. The total depth of the well will be approximately 45 feet below ground surface <br /> (bgs) with a 20-foot screen interval consisting of a slot size of 0.010-inch from <br /> approximately 25 to 45 feet bgs. <br /> 2. Advancement of one soil boring, SB-7, located between soil borings S13-3 and S134 <br /> to delineate the vertical extent of hydrocarbon contamination. The total depth for S13- <br /> 7 will be approximately 70 feet bgs and soil samples will be collected at five-foot <br /> intervals for lithological evaluation and characterization for sampling and disposal. A <br /> grab groundwater sample will be collected at total depth for analysis. <br /> 3. Advancement of four soil borings, SB-8 through SB-11, to delineate the lateral extent <br /> of hydrocarbon contamination to total depths of approximately 35 feet bgs at the <br /> following locations: <br /> • Approximately 25 feet north of S13-7 <br /> • Approximately 18 feet northwest of S13-7 <br /> • Approximately 18 feet southwest of SB-7 <br /> • Approximately 35 feet southeast of SB-7 <br /> I <br />
