Channel Street <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> Soil samples will be collected at 25, 30, and 35 feet bgs and a grab groundwater <br /> sample will be collected at total depth for laboratory analysis. <br /> 4. Advancement of three hydropunch borings, HP-1 through HP-3, to total depths of <br /> approximately 35 feet bgs located down gradient of SB-3 in the sidewalk adjacent to <br /> the building on this site or nearby in Grant Street. One grab groundwater sample will <br /> be collected from each of these borings. <br /> 5. Groundwater and selected soil samples will be analyzed by a State of California <br /> Department of Health Services-certified environmental laboratory for total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g), total extractable petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel <br /> (TEPH-d), TEPH as motor oil (TPH-mo), and TEPH as:kerosene (TEPH-k)by United <br /> States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SW-846 method 8015B; benzene, <br /> toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX); methanol, ethanol, di-isopropyl <br /> ether (DIPE), ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE), methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), <br /> tertiary-amyl methyl ether (TAME), tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA), 1,2-dichloroethane <br /> (1,2-DCA), and 1,2-dibromoethane (EDB) by EPA SW-846 method 8260B; and, <br /> except for groundwater samples collected at MW-4, lead by EPA SW-846 method <br /> 7420. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Please submit a well permit application and fee of$368.00 to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> 2. Provide EHD with a copy of the encroachment permit from the City of Stockton. <br /> 1 <br /> 3. Notify EHD at least 72 hours prior to the proposed scheduled work date and <br /> complete the fieldwork by September 20,2006. <br /> 4. Submit the report of findings to EHD within eight weeks of completing the <br /> fieldwork.
