In this case, it would be important that you forward the reports. I believe the SPCC plan had an inspection <br /> schedule of 20 years for the tanks,the certified inspector has classified the tanks as tanks as category 3,which <br /> means the inspection schedule can't exceed 5 years and additional testing would be required apart from the certified <br /> inspection.There would be the requirement of internal inspections and/or leak tests.The certified inspector can tell you <br /> more about that or the engineer might be able to discuss it with you, if they are familiar with the standard. <br /> FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank, <br /> and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators.
