The information on this monitoring program are <br />conditions of the operating permit. Note: <br />If released hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or explosion <br />hazard, are not cleaned up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, or <br />deteriorate the secondary containment, then San J'oa uinout Environmental <br />Health must be notified within 24 hours. <br />For small spills t p on site, personnel will use FM 1 U product and absorbent material to clean up thc <br />released material_ In the event of a larger spill, the operator will call 9-1.1 (if necessary) the <br />$afgway Store Manager and Veeder Root to assist in the enurgency. „- <br />2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly <br />disposing of any hazardous substances, <br />Spent_absorbent will be placed into an approved container and disposed of in Accordance <br />with all Local, State, and Federal laws and r egglations Theo perator is responsible for <br />coordinating the disposal of all use absorbent Any additional equipment will be provided <br />by the rmonding contractor. <br />3.
