One boring,CPT-6,will be located down gradient of the source area to the east. One soil sample will be collected at <br /> 10 feet bsg. One boring,CPT-7,will be located west of the source area to evaluate potential off site sources of contamination in <br /> the up gradient direction. Samples will be analyzed byEPA Method 8020 for TPHg and BTEX,and byEPA Method 8260 for oxygenates. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A San Joaquin County well permit application and required$89.00 permit fee must be submitted for each parcel of <br /> land on which work will take place. In addition,access agreements from affected off site property owners must be <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD prior to issuance of the well permits. <br /> 2. A report of findings must be submitted to PHS/EHD within 60 days following completion of all fieldwork <br /> 3.
