Charter Way, Stockton, Ca., Texaco Station <br /> This letter is in response to the telephone conversation with Michael Kith on February 8, <br /> 1994. A request was made for an underground storage tank (UST) operating permit for <br /> the above mentioned facility. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (EHD) <br /> has not billed for the 1994 UST operating permit because a new computer program is <br /> being implemented; therefore, a permit for 1994 cannot be issued at this time. The above <br /> referenced facility will not be penalized for not having the 1994 operating permit before <br /> EHD can issue it.
