Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained <br /> used oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark the drum and ensure that all used <br /> oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> American Valley Waste Oil Inc bill of lading Invoice 167873(9/16/2018)was found incomplete, missing the receiving <br /> company name, address and telephone number. Per 22 CCR 66266.130(c)(5), a bill of lading needs to indicate:the <br /> generator and transporter,the receiving company names,addresses and telephone numbers,the quantity and size <br /> of the used oil filter containers transferred, and the date of transfer. Ensure that all future receipts for used oil filter <br /> shipments using a bill of lading contain all required information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by March 31, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
