Re ortin Results of Analyses
Hydrocarbon constituents in soil samples are reported in units of parts per million.
Hydrocarbon constituents in groundwater samples are reported by the laboratory in units
of parts per billion (ppb). The maximum contaminant levels listed in Title 22 of the
California Code of Regulations for benzene, ethylbenzene, and total xylene isomers in
drinking water are 10, 680, and 1,750 ppb, respectively. The action level established by the
California Department of Health Services for toluene is 100 ppb. To conform with the
laboratory reports, we report ground-water chemical data in units of ppb.
round-Water Well Sung
Tom Morrow, Inc. (Morrow) of West Sacramento, California, surveyed the elevations and
positions ("x" and "y" lateral coordinates) of the wellheads of monitoring wells MW-1 to
MW-7 in May 1992. Morrow measured the monitoring wells with respect to the City of
Stockton bench mark No 186
According to Morrow personnel, Bench Mark No. 182 is referenced to the United States
i Geodetic Survey with an elevation of 15.079 feet above mean sea level. The elevation of
the monitoring wells were referenced to within 0 01 foot of Bench Mark 2S-2. The
horizontal distances were measured to the nearest 01 foot. The elevations were taken at
a permanent notch or arrow on the well casing
052Gcmr
3100}4 5
