On the southeast corner is a Texaco Service Station and on the <br /> southwest corner is a Chevron Service Station. A transmission shop is on the northwest <br /> corner of the intersection. <br /> Information,r,;ovided by ARCO personnel indicates.hat there are three tanks in use at the <br /> site that store super unleaded,regular unleaded, and leaded gasoline. One waste-oil tanL <br /> also is present at the site. It is our understanding from ARCO personnel that no other <br /> tanks have occupied the gasoline-storage tank cavi' and the gasoline tanks have not stored <br /> other fluids. The approximate locations of the existing underground tanks relative to E-ite <br /> structures are shown on the Generalized Site Plan (Plate P-3). <br /> PROXIMITY TO WELLS S AND LtTUXIIES <br /> It is our understanding from City of Stockton personnel that the city provides water and <br /> sanitary sewer service for the site. Based on our search of utiiiiy records at the <br /> Department of Public Works,sewer lines are located under Charter Way and L iri.'.oln Street <br /> and sewer laterals are greater than 50 feet from the property boundaries (Plata P-3). No <br /> septic tanks or leachfields are located near the: site. There are no municipal, domestic, or <br /> irrigation water wells within 600 feet of the site. Data obtained from the California <br /> Department of Water Resources indicates water-supply wells are%;:;tin one-half mile of the <br /> site.
