PACIFIC will conduct a search <br />of underground utility locations which may influence the transport of <br />contaminants. Additionally, PACIFIC will conduct a search of well <br />records for all groundwater wells within 1/2 -mile of the site if not <br />previously conducted. <br />Soil Cuttings, Well Debris, and Rinse Water. Soil cuttings generated <br />during the destruction process will be properly disposed of at an <br />appropriate landfill by an approved Chevron contractor within 30 days <br />of generation. The cuttings will be stored on plastic sheeting onsite <br />until removed. Rinse water that may be generated from the washing of <br />augers will be stored in 55 -gallon DOT drums onsite and removal and <br />recycled by an approved Chevron contractor. The drums will be <br />removed within 30 days of generation. <br />Report. A report will be prepared after completion of necessary <br />field work. The report will include soil boring field notes, soil boring <br />location map, soil and groundwater analytical results, chain -of - <br />custody documentation, findings, copies of all applicable permits, <br />cross section diagrams depicting impacted areas, and a map of all , <br />water supply wells within a 1/2 -mile radius of the site. , 11y..t <br />Field and laboratory procedures are presented as Attachment A. <br />SCHEDULE <br />PACIFIC is prepared to initiate field work within 2 weeks following approval of this <br />work plan and issuance of permits by the City of Stockton Public Works Department <br />and the San Joaquin County Public Health Services. A report documenting the findings <br />of the soil boring and groundwater monitoring well installation, lithological <br />information, mass flux transects, historical and utility reviews. and aerial photo review <br />is anticipated to be submitted approximately 8 to 12 weeks after the commencement of <br />field work and upon completion soil analysis. <br />920-124.1 A/W KPLAN <br />
