General <br />Recordkeeping shall be consistent with OSHA regulations in all respects. The following <br />permanent records will be maintained in the PACIFIC offices: <br />1. Safety Inspection Reports <br />2. Personnel Exposure Monitoring Records <br />3. OSHA 200 - Current to within 90 days <br />4. Accident reports consistent with established PACIFIC procedures <br />B. Medical Records <br />Permanent medical records shall be maintained in confidential files by the contract <br />physician/medical clinic.
