• i
Soil samples were collected every 5 feet(vertically), analyses performed are as follows:
15 @EPA8020 BTEX, 15 @ EPA 8015 TPH gas, 15 @ EPA 8020 MTBE,5 @ EPA 5520 D&F TOG,2 @
EPA 9060 or 415.1 TOC, 4 @ EPA 8015 TPH diesel, 5 @ EPA 8240 Chlorinated Hydrocarbons, 4 @
EPA 8080 PCB, 4 @ EPA 6010 Cd/Cr/Pb/Ni/Zn, and 1 @EPA 6010 Pb. Geotechnical analysis of soil
samples include 2 @ Constant head permeability.
The well MW-1R was developed and subsequently sampled(9/30%96)analyses performed are as follows:
1 @ EPA 8020 BTEX and MTBE, 1 @ 8015 TPH gas
A Preliminary Site Investigation and Evaluation Report was completed by Emcon dated February 5, 1997.
The report includes site background and regional geology and hydrogeology discussions, field
investigation summary of, soil borings and sampling, monitoring and vapor well installation, well
development, sampling and laboratory analyses. Results of investigation are provided as site geology,
distribution of hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater, groundwater flow direction and gradient, followed
by a feasibility study. The report concludes with a summary and recommendation. All data is tabulated
and the report provides figures on site location, generalized site plan, area site plan, geologic cross section
and TPHG isoconcentration in soil from 0 to 25.5' bgs. All laboratory data is provided with chain of
custody form and QA/QC. The report is signed by a Registered Geologist.
Groundwater monitoring well MW-1R was sampled on 11/25/96,analyses performed are as follows:
1 @ EPA 8020 BTEX and MTBE,t @ 8015 TPH gas
A fourth quarter 1996 Site Status Report was completed by Emcon.dated,February 13, 1997. The report
includes site hydrogeology discussions and a field investigation/activity summary of; sampling,
monitoring, and laboratory analyses. Results of investigation are provided as hydrocarbons in
groundwater, groundwater flow direction and gradient, followed by a feasibility study. The report
concludes with a summary and recommendation. All data is tabulated and the report provides figures on
site location, generalized site plan, and area site plan with gradient and groundwater flow depictions. All
laboratory data is provided with chain of custody form and QA/QC. The report is signed by a Registered
Geologist.
Groundwater monitoring well MW-1R was sampled on 2/24/97,analyses performed are as follows:
1 @ EPA 8020 BTEX and MTBE,j @ 8015 TPH gas
A first quarter 1997 Site Status Report was completed by Emcon dated May 5, 1997 respectively. The
report includes site hydrogeology discussions and a field investigation/activity summary of, sampling,
monitoring, and laboratory analyses. Results of investigation are, provided as hydrocarbons in
groundwater, groundwater flow direction and gradient, followed by a feasibility study.
