Monitoring reports <br /> detailing the results are to be submitted by the 30th day of the month following the end of the <br /> reporting quarter (30 April for the 1St quarter event and 30 October for the 3rd quarter event). <br /> You are to also submit quarterly status reports by letter or email during the 2nd and 4th quarter <br /> (15 July for the 2nd quarter and 15 January for the 4th quarter) of all work conducted during that <br /> quarter until directed by this office to do otherwise.
