Notices. Miscellaneous. This License is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of.each of the parties. This License contains a complete expression of the agreement between the parties, and there are no other promises, representations or inducements between them concerning the subject matter herein, and this License cannot be modified or terminated except as expressly provided in Section 7 hereinabove or by the written agreement of the parties. Each provision in this License is severable. If any provision of this License is held to be Invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, that provision will not affect any other provision or the validity of the remainder of this License. This License may not be transferred or assigned by any party.without the prior written consent of the other party. 10.Counterparts, Applicable Law. This License may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which, together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.
