First, I.see that the site is eligible for case closure as of 9/24/13 and <br /> that you issued a letter dated 12/2/13 which I was not able to open on the GeoTracker site.That being <br /> said I was attempting to find out the anticipated closure date and what requirements the County and/or <br /> RWQCB may still request as part of closure?Secondly,as I understand it our customer has owned the <br /> business and real estate since approximately 2007.That being said I am seeking to find out the potential <br /> liability and exposure to our customer regarding the existing case.
