Before WFB can get comfortable with the situation I am seeking clarification on two <br /> matters. First, I see that the site is eligible for case closure as of 9/24/13 and that you issued a letter dated <br /> 12/2/13 which I was not able to open on the GeoTracker site.That being said I was attempting to find out the <br /> anticipated closure date and what requirements the County and/or RWQCB may still request as part of closure? <br /> Secondly,as I understand it our customer has owned the business and real estate since approximately 2007. <br /> That being said I am seeking to find out the potential liability and exposure to our customer regarding the <br /> existing case.
